Mega Pokémon Return to the TCG!

Yesterday's Pokémon Day announcements showcased a bunch of footage for upcoming games including Pokémon: Legends Z-A. Since the game is expected to take place in the future, we were uncertain if Mega Evolutions would return or if the mechanic would be changed in this variation of the X Y series, but luckily yesterdays announcement set those fears aside. 

Not only did we get to see a preview of our beloved Mega Evolutions in game, we were also shown a preview of 2 Mega Evolution ex cards! Ironically this is the first time Mega Evolutions have been part of the TCG since the last generation of EX cards. 

Judging by the codes on these cards, they appear to be part of 2 pre-constructed theme decks. We can't wait to see what Mega ex Art Rares come from these Pokémon in the near future!
