Condition Guide
Pocket Market's goal is to always stock Pokémon cards that are Near Mint (NM) condition or better, but we do occasionally receive some outliers. This guide will allow you to better understand our condition labels on our cards.
Near Mint (NM):
This is the default standard for all of our cards unless otherwise noted in the title or description.
Surface: Overall the surface of the card will be free of major blemishes, dents, and noticeable marks outside of a few slight flaws. There will be no easily visible imperfections, but this does not guarantee that the card will be perfectly centered and free of print lines or any other slight printing imperfections.
Corners: The corners of the card will be perfectly rounded and free of any creases, dullness, and whitening. There may be some minuscule white specs, but overall the corners should be crisp.
Edges: The edges will not be dull or feature noticeable whitening. There may be some minuscule white specs, but overall the edges should be crisp.
Lightly Played (LP):
Surface: Overall the surface of the card may feature a few slightly noticeable blemishes, dents, or small marks but there is no visible creases or damage. Some light scratches may be visible, but none that obscure the image on the card. There may also be some slightly visible print lines or other printing imperfections.
Corners: The corners of the card will be perfectly rounded and free of any creases, but may be dull and include some whitening.
Edges: The edges should not be dull overall, but may feature some whitening.
